95th ICAR FOUNDATION DAY CELEBRATION 16th - 18th July 2023
TNBRD Krishi Vigyan Kendras, celebrating the ICAR Foundation Day from 16.07.2023 to 18.07.2023 at Krishnagiri and Thiruvannamalai.
The Tamil Nadu Board of Rural Development (TNBRD) had organized ICAR foundation and Technology day celebration from 16th to 18th July 2023.
The presidential address was given by Mr. S. Ramesh, President, TNBRD, Chennai about the importance of Technology invented by ICAR and how to fulfil the Farmers need.
The special address was given by Mr. Lakshmanan, FPO and he explained about the activities of FPO. He also cleared the doubts and raised by the farmers.

95th ICAR Foundation and Technology Day Ceremony programme started with 'Tamil Thai Vazhthu' and ICAR Song on 16.07.2023. Mr. K. Gunasekar, SMS (Soil Science) welcomed the gathering. The inaugural address given by Dr. T. Sundarraj, Senior Scientist and Head, ICAR-KVK, Krishnagiri. Delivered a Technical talk on Soil Health Management techniques, Natural Farming,Millet Cultivation techniques, Desi bird rearing techniques and Millets value addition. Farmer Scientist Interactions and Technological Information were conducted. Dr. T. Sundarraj, distributed the Guava(Arka Kiran)Seedlings and Bottle guard seeds to all participated farmers.
